I ordered the wrong item. Can I change my order?
Definitely! However, we can only entertain changes requested within 12 hours after the order is placed. This ensures prompt processing and shipment of all orders.
For any changes to your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Order Changes - [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]". Please include the updated order details in your email.
I don't want my order anymore. Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are highly discouraged. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, an email must be sent to email@example.com with the subject line "Cancellation - [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]" within 12 hours after the order is placed.
Any request made after the 12 hour period will not be acknowledged. The order will be considered final and confirmed for shipment. In this way, we are able to continuously maintain a fast and efficient shipping process for all our customers.
I think my order was lost or stolen. What should I do?
Ananda Fit is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you did not receive your order despite receiving a status of "delivered", please immediately reach out to the logistics provider. Their information is available in the shipping confirmation email. If you need any assistance, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Missing Package - [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]".
How does our shipping work?
Ananda partners with manufacturers across the globe to make quality home fitness equipment accessible and available to everyone. We ship our products directly from the manufacturing facility. This ensures better quality and friendlier prices.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days from the date of payment. We use this time to coordinate production, to inspect the quality and to coordinate with our overseas logistics provider. Our careful processing safeguards you from product defects and delivery errors.
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your order as it makes its way to you.
How long does shipping take?
Our products ship from overseas and normally take 15 - 20 business days in transit before reaching your address. Since we work with various manufacturers, your order may arrive in separate packages.
In our experience, most orders arrive on time or earlier than the expected transit duration. However, uneventful circumstances beyond our control may arise without warning and cause delays in shipping. As such, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date of your order, but rest assured, we will stay in close coordination with the logistics provider.
I haven't received my order. Can you give me an update?

First off, you can refer to the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email. Both the tracking number and the instructions to confirm the status are available there.
The email may land in your spam folder, so be sure to check it there. You can also search your inbox for an email from "Ananda Fit". If you can't find the confirmation email in your inbox or spam folder, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
I placed the wrong address. Can I change the shipping address?
We understand that error and typos can happen to anyone. As such, we are allowing changes to the shipping information within 24 hours from ordering. Simply notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. After the 24 hour period, information you provided will be deemed final and valid.
I received a damaged/incorrect item. How do I return or exchange my order?
Because we want you to be 100% satisfied, you can request a replacement for incorrect or defective items within 3 days upon receipt of your order. For the next steps, kindly read our return policy.
