Ananda Fit Return Policy

We pride ourselves in having a stringent and careful quality assurance process. Our partner manufacturers are screened to meet the highest standards in production quality. Each of our products undergo multiple levels of quality check—in production, after production and prior to shipment.

Despite our strict adherence to quality standards, we cannot fully eliminate the possibility of product mishaps. In these exceptional circumstances, we will happily review your case and may grant you a replacement free of charge or a full refund. Guidelines for Return/Refund Requests:

  1. The request must be made within 3 days from the date the order is received.
  2. A defect in the product or in the order must be present.
  3. The defect must be inherent to the product when first received.
    • Factory defects (product does not function as its supposed to)
    • Damaged from shipment
    • Wrong products were delivered
  4. The defect must NOT be caused in part or in full by you.
  5. Change of mind is not a valid reason for a return/refund request.
  6. If the criteria above is met, please email us at with the following details:

    • Subject: Request for [Return or Refund] - [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]
    • Order number
    • Picture of the product and the defects
    • Short incident report including the reason for the return/refund request

  7. All requests will be reviewed by our customer care team. Expect a resolution within 3 days.
